What I have made recently...
This is a white wine, garlic, and cheese orzo with spinach running through out a top crispy skin salmon. Made April 27.
Here is a ribeye steak made in a cast iron skillet accompanied by a backed sweet potato, asparagus atop crispy air fryer onions. Made May 7.
Summertime brings grilled baby back ribs in a family secret marinade with pork bacon baked beans, and home made potato salad. Made August 25.
Mediterranean bowl made with spinach, rice, marinated shredded beef, with homemade pickled cucumbers and onions. Finished with dill tzatziki, parsley, and balsamic vinaigrette. Made March 12.
This is a homemade caesar salad dressing with spinach, parmesan, medium steak, and crispy onions. Made September 4.
